Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a good area of Monterrey, convenient with its proximity to the metro and a park with plenty of food vendors. The rooms are nice and up to date, though not as stunning as the lobby. The service is friendly and helpful, although there were minor issues regarding our reservation awareness. Dining offers a delicious variety, and the facilities are modern with nice added touches in toiletry provision.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, which I loved, but the location was not ideal due to the presence of homeless people and others behaving in a concerning manner on the streets outside. The service was friendly overall but could benefit from some improvement in training.
The hotel's room that I paid for deserved only 2 stars even though it was advertised as a higher rating. It had issues with the bathroom shower that needed maintenance, and my room wasn't ready until 3:00 pm. On the bright side, the service was impeccable with gifts left in the room, like delicious red apples. However, there were moments where the staff came off as rude. The location was great for exploring Monterrey, just a few minutes walk to the markets. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options, but the regional bread was a nice touch.
The hotel has its ups and downs. While the rooms were above average with great facilities, the cooling system took a bit of time to work effectively. The service, on the other hand, was lacking warmth and seemed more focused on procedures than on guest satisfaction. Despite some rough surroundings and a few homeless individuals nearby, the hotel features a beautiful garden that offers a tranquil escape from the city. The dining experience may not have been top-notch, reminiscent of a school cafeteria, but the valet service was a positive highlight. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives that shape the stay experience.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in front of the mall, making it super convenient. However, the rooms, although nice, had a strange smell resembling cigarette smoke, which was not ideal in a hot climate.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were located in the garden, which was perfect for my kids who couldn't get enough of the pool. The sleeper sofa was a pleasant surprise, but unfortunately, the constant elevator music was quite intrusive.
