The hotel is located in a good area of Monterrey, convenient with its proximity to the metro and a park with plenty of food vendors. The rooms are nice and up to date, though not as stunning as the lobby. The service is friendly and helpful, although there were minor issues regarding our reservation awareness. The location was great for exploring Monterrey, just a few minutes walk to the markets. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options, but the regional bread was a nice touch.
